How Many Caffeinated Drinks Do You Take Per Day?

In yesterdays blog I discussed a study on how caffeine might improve symptoms of exercise induced asthma? I thought it would be interesting to see how much caffeine ya'll take in per day. It’s not just drinks that have lots of caffeine. Caffeine, the world’s most popular drug, is in EVERYTHING — from cold medicine and energy drinks to chewing gum, candy and even potato chips!
