As I was flipping through some old email today I found an email to a friend outlining a very short list of New Years resolutions. This got me wondering- did any of you have resolutions related to your asthma and how are you doing with keeping them? Leave a comment and let us know?

(1) Robert Darwin :

I have a list of things to do this year pertaining to my asthma. My first new years resolution is to work out more at the gym, second is to take tea with honey on a daily basis, third always carry a Pulse Oximeter with me at all times and last always carry my inhalers with me at all times.

(2) Pulse Oximeter :

I just bought a pulse oximeter to measure my blood oxygen saturation for my asthma. So far so good, they’re easy to use and very quick and accurate readings. Doc recommended to me so bought one online.
