I could only choose one, so I chose scented candles, but bitter, dry air is good for bronchospasms, and I have to burn fake logs (DuraFlame) now in my fireplace. That’s the one that is most depressing, really: the fact that wood burning smoke really bothers me. I live in New England and always loved the smell of people’s fireplaces when I went outside. Or our own.
