Question: What Are Exercise Induced Asthma Symptoms?
Answer: The most common exercise induced asthma symptoms are chest tightness, cough, and shortness of breath. Wheezing may occur, but it is less common.

Exercise induced asthma symptoms may occur shortly after a brief episode of exercise or 10 to 15 minutes into a longer period of physical activity. Symptoms typically resolve with rest in no more than 30 to 60 minutes.

Symptoms of exercise induced asthma occur more commonly and are more severe in cold weather.
