decrease your stress
- I take a hot tea in a cozy seat. Breath, pray, asking to remember Christ is in control..focus on Him instead of the stress. Also, constantly trying to remind myself that all my worries aren't as important as I make them to be. Any situation could always be worse and always comes to an end in time. One step at a time to climb the mountain...not trying to jump to the top all at once. Taking vitamin B helps too. If I stress, my asthma gets worse...these techniques always help me.
