Asthma by itself is stressful. All of the other stresses of everyday life can actually make our asthma worse. We all can develop effective coping strategies that may help us deal with stress and improve out asthma. to decrease my stress...

sometimes i sleep in the afternoon after my houseworks..when my asthma is starting to attack, i get my nebulizer machine,and when its hard to breath, i bow my head in my bed and i seat at the floor..that is my strategies to decrease my stress.are my strategies that i have given is correct?
