Readers Respond: How Do You Remember To Take Your Asthma Medication?

As with any chronic condition, we have to remember to take our medication for it to help us. Not only is this a problem if you have asthma, but it can be an even greater problem if you have to remember for your child. What sort of strategies have helped you or your child remember to take asthma medication?

as for me who had 2 kids with asthma as well as myself at the onset of the least symptoms like sneezing and cough, I immediately administer the meds prescribed and had my kids nebulized.

i always do when the attack is imminent by taking a combination of franol(salbutamol)and prednisolon; but you did not include these in your treatment range

remembering asthma medication

I don't care what anybody thinks or says at work and elsewhere since winter 2009, I take my asthma med, vitimins, food and rest when necessary.
