If you are one of the 36 million people who experience seasonal allergic rhinitis, the fall pollen season can be one of the worse times of the year. While the changing colors are beautiful, the high pollen counts can trigger symptoms that interfere with school, work, and other important activities.

The National Allergy Bureau has pollen and mold counting stations across the country that can let you know what the pollen counts are in your area. This tool can help you pln so that seasonal allergies do not get the best of you.
