The AsthmaMom this week reports on an interesting study that looked at stress levels and asthma control in young children. Basically, the study shows that the worse yourstress, the worse your asthma control. AsthmaMom asked an interesting question- if I can't get the asthma under control, how am I supposed to eliminate stress?

Your stress definitely rubs off on your asthmatic kid! In the cycle of stress that you pass on to them, the asthma control gets worse. All of us need better handle on stress….easier said than done!
